Improving MSK care through personalised digital rehabilitation
Musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions are a leading cause of disability and pain in the UK. Many people face long waits for physiotherapy and limited access to affordable, personalised rehab — particularly aquatic therapy, which is expensive and hard to scale.
Good Boost is a CE-marked digital rehab programme delivering AI-personalised land and aquatic exercises in community venues. It offers an inclusive, scalable, and cost-effective alternative to traditional physiotherapy — bringing personalised MSK care closer to home.
Impact:
Participants reported a 33.8% reduction in pain and 40% improvement in function within 6 weeks, with outcomes comparable to traditional physiotherapy. The programme also delivered cost savings of £168.72 per participant, improved mental wellbeing, and expanded access to MSK care via community pools and social settings.
