Supporting dementia carers through blended digital care
Behind every person living with dementia is a family member navigating the challenges of caregiving, often with little support. CareCoach is addressing this gap through an innovative digital trial that blends cutting-edge technology with expert human guidance.
The platform uses a “human-in-the-loop” model, combining digital tools with psychological coaching to deliver personalised, evidence-based support. It empowers carers by building self-efficacy, reducing stress, and improving overall wellbeing.
Participants can join the trial through NHS referral or self-referral, offering flexible access to support when it’s needed most.
CareCoach is on track to become one of the fastest-recruiting digital community trials in the UK – with 30% of sites opened and 5% participant recruitment in just six weeks. It’s already offering vital support to carers across the country.
